From 1991 to 1999, Mr. Goel worked with Godavari Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd., and subsequently with Oswal Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. In F.Y. 1999–2000, he achieved an exceptional 43% increase over the fixed annual sales target. He then contributed to Millennium Irrigation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (2002–2009), after which he joined Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Ltd. in 2009 at Namrup (Assam), serving as CMM/DGM/GM (Head of Marketing). Under his leadership, the company surpassed its trading profit targets and achieved its highest- ever sales of 3.83 lakh MT of Urea in FY 2012–13, with significant profits from exports to Nepal.
